Gaute Ormåsen is a Norwegian born popstar. He first appeared on Idol- jakten på en superstjerne in 2003 at the age of 19. He became a very popular contestant due to his beautiful, unique voice and model good looks. He claimed second place to Kurt Nilsen who is the World Idol.
