Georgi Stanchev (Георги Станчев) (born on 1 June 1951 in Sofia) is a Bulgarian singer, songwriter and composer who becаme famous in the early 80s. He was vocalist for the popular rock band "Diana express" in the years 1979-1981 and at that time his song "Душа" ("Soul") won "Melody of the year" award (1980).
