Giles was born in Berkshire. He has been singing since the age of six, when he joined St. James Choir in Hampton, Middlesex, he quickly became Head Choirboy due to his unique voice, and his ability to maintain a “pitch perfect” voice. Between the ages of six and sixteen Giles was active as a choirboy with both St James’ Choir and the John Paul Choir which was based in Richmond Surrey.
