There are two musical groups known as Gray Code: 1. An electro-acoustic improvisation quintet active in the US in 1999-2000. 2. A Netherlands rock band started in 2005. 1. Formed in 1999, Washington DC based Gray Code contained anywhere between three and five members who gathered together as an improvising ensemble performing around the mid-atlantic region of the US (DC, Maryland, Virginia, NYC, NJ, Boston).
