Residing in sunny Los Angeles, CA, Zev Gryll and Slurg La Vez paved the way for the genre of gangsta rap when they single-handedly shot their way up the Billboard Gangsta Charts in 1987. From then on out, Grillagon has continuously redefined the rap genre through every quadruple-platinum album they released.
