Ha Manganon, which is Hebrew for "The Mechanism," started coming together toward the beginning of 2008 as a trio comprising Amiel Shapiro on lead vocals and guitar, Binyamin Chiram on bass, and Jacob Nehman on drums. Bili Amit completed the current quartet several months later bringing rhythm guitar and harmonizing vocals to the mix.
