Haralds Sīmanis (b. 1951) is Latvian singer-songwriter and folk musician of Cēsis, Latvia. His voice range covers nearly four-octave and he accompanies his songs with acoustic guitar or church organ. In 1976, Sīmanis wrote a poem, written by organ, Mīlestība Nekad Nebeidzas, which is later considered as the beginning of his musical action.
