Hazem Shaheen, is an Egyptian musician from the city of Alexandria, he graduated from "The Higher Institute for Arabic Music" with a grade of Excellent with honours, in 1999. He also graduate from "The Arabic Oud House", founded by Nasseer Shamma (the Iraqi Oud player), in 2002 with a grade of Excellent with honours.
