Norman Jeffrey Healey (March 25, 1966 - March 2, 2008) was a Canadian blues-rock guitarist. Jeff Healey lost both eyes due to cancer when he was a year old. He nevertheless began to play guitar when he was three years old. When he was 17, he formed the band Blue Direction, which two years later, Jeff Healey Band, with Joe Rockman and Tom Stephen.
