Heartbeast/Wolfgang started in the spring of 2008, inspired by the Narmer Palette from the 31st century BC, one of the most significant Egyptian archaeological finds and earliest evidence of hieroglyphs. Just like the depiction on the Palette, Heartbeast and Wolfgang were once enemies but came together like a unified upper and lower Egypt to take no heroes, only inspiration.
