Helid is a metalcore and progressive metal band from Salacgrīva, Latvia, active between 2005 and 2013. In 2011, the band released the debut album, Chapter I: Lost Between the Lines, which was nominated for Latvian Metal Music Awards. In 2014, they reformed for a farewell show.
