High Level Static were formed in winter of 2001 by Ermis Koukaris and Stelios Liaros. Ermis, student of Geotechnology, and Stelios, student of Engineering, had already been good friends and having worked together both during live appearances and as DJ's, they joined forces, forming High Level Static.
