Sacramento, CA (2009-present) HighQ is the solo vessel of Sacramento native Barry McDaniel Swars, known locally for his involvement in Tubetungs (guitar), Timeless Phase (drums), Black Holes, What? (bass), and most recently Gentleman Surfer (guitar). Debut EP "Time Pieces" (2010) features Barry on every instrument performed minus a couple small contributions from fellow Tubetungs members Jay Souza and Justin Butler.
