Hjertesvikt A/S was the first punk rock band out of Bodø in Norway. They started up in 1979 with Finn Aurdal, Bjørn Jervås, Petter Pogo, Håkon Aurdal and Alf Brattøy. They released the "Diagnose: Hjertesvikt" 7" EP in 1981 and participated on various compilations. Then they broke up in 1983. Members of Hjertesvikt A/S later played in bands such as; Manna, 2:20, Life... But How To Live It?, Irie Darlings, Jokke & Valentinerne, Ny Gate etc. A discography CD is in the works.
