Hoang Anh (born Anh Dang Hoang Dinh on 31 May 1991) is an indie singer from Vung Tau City, a small seaside city in South Vietnam. Her beginning singer career was with underground world and remains unknown until late 2010; she did by chance meet the country outstanding songwriter-producer Quoc Bao at a small music event where she had performance in.
