HOER is an industrial metal band from Gemert, the Netherlands, formed by ex-members of the band Delirious, Walter Donkers and Marco Verbruggen. Their first demo tape "Dawn" was recorded in 1993. Albums to date include "Lost" and "TV-Nation".
