Iasos (born in Greece in 1947, American resident from 1951), is a new age/ambient musician living in California. Along with his colleague Steven Halpern, Iasos is hailed as one of the earliest creators of the "new age" genre. His company, Inter-Dimensional Music, is based in Sausalito, California.
