Ice Guild Kaiser is a drone-folk recording project of C.P. McDill (other projects include Saluki Regicide, Djinnestan, Akashic Crow's Nest, Rowboat Magicians, and Tree Helicopter). It is primarily a side project of Saluki Regicide (thus the anagram), a place to experiment with sounds that arise outside the usual Saluki Regicide personality, but which may find a place in there later.
