Ideal was formed back in 2005 by Alex Bean(guitar, vocals) and Dan Duquette(drums). Together, they recruited Jon Winn on bass and began their journey. As they began to improve their musical abilities and songwriting skills, they were confronted by an 90's R&B group named Ideal, threatening to sue. Ideal-23 was born.
