Idja is a saami band from Deatnu/Tana, Finnmark, Norway. Their band name "Idja", means "Night" in english. Vocalist, Irene Pettersen, is former member of Deatnogátte Nuorat / Tanabreddens Ungdom (The Youth of the Riverside of Tana).
