IMPLODED is actually a duet of Nikita «Tjalvi» Valamin (vocals, keyboards, sound engineering) and Sergey «GM» Valerianov (guitars), helped by fellow musicians. The band was born in St. Petersburg in spring 2007, when songwriter, singer and keyboard player Nikita «Tjalvi» Valamin, searching for a new guitarist for his power-metal band ICEBLADE, met Sergey «GM» Valerianov.
