In The Bleak Midwinter is the solo project of David Roberts who also plays with Silence At Sea, Pagan Wanderer Lu and Little My. He started writing songs in about 2002 and has only performed a handful of times. It's singer songwriter, one guy and a guitar kind of stuff and could be classed as Emo although he'd prefer to be classed with the likes of Bright Eyes or Stars.
