Individualdistanz is a german aggrotech / EBM founded in 1999 by Juergen Frey, who created the first songs on his own. Frank Roth joined the one-man project in 2001. Shortly thereafter backing-vocals and lyrics were added by Andreas Horr and Holger Brandt. They gained substantially more attention after winning the 2004 Sonic Seducer 'Battle of the Bands' contest.
