Internecine War's lyrics & chords

Internecine War is a German trashpunk band known for their Whackness. The only member is Michabärt Grymnung. Musical features (for Revenge By Death And Mutilation) "strange pitched growls" (to quote Daniel), which are not pitched, and apparently also the lead guitar is high: "why is the intro so high?
