Ionel Istrati (born December 24, 1990 in Chişinău, Moldova) is a Moldovan singer. He has participated in various festivals in Moldova. In 2009, he made an appearance during the break in the Moldovan national final of the Eurovision Song Contest singing "Uita-ma".
