Irritating Rainbow is a band originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin consisting of Peter Batchelder, Todd Bishop, and Ryan Plato. The trio met in film school. A film project's background music eventually grew into a full-fledged album, Hockle Peachers, recorded in the school's sound studio.
