Jēkabs Voļatovskis (b. 1971) is an experimental and noise music sound artist from Rīga, Latvia. He is also known as bass guitarist and musician in Latvian industrial and psychedelic folk project Antarktīda where he have collaborated and performed with members of bands as Kartāga, Gas of Latvia, and Imants Daksis.
