Born in Huddersfield, J Simple had his debut release on First Word Records "Two Syllables". He then toured with local Leeds band Homecut, alongside MC Testament, tearing up venues around the UK. A founding member of the Groundwurq crew alongside Apa Tight, Jack Flash and Micall Parknsun. J Simple was featured on Jack Flash's debut album "The Union Jack Album" and Jehst's "menghi bus mixtape" His debut album "Late Night Theatre" was released on 5th April 2010 on Klinik Records, and is now available for download on iTunes and BandCamp.
