Sugarlicks Records Artist - Jah’licious really starts with the founder, Ms Zoey Scott-Kalyan (Blaque Reign) who was born in England in 1981 with Jamiacan and French blood. During her childhood at boarding school Blacque Reign was in school choirs and musicals.
