Jake Childs (born September 30, 1976 in Austin, TX) is a DJ who specializes in house and techno. His father was a Navy Jazz Band trumpeter, and Jake followed in his musical footsteps. Jake himself plays the drums, guitar, keyboard, bass and trumpet. At 17, he began DJing at San Antonio clubs in the 1990's and has played sets in North America, New Zealand, Europe, Africa, and South America.
