Jallen Ran$um was born and raised in Peoria, Illinois and is an up and coming hip-hop artist and producer. He has been in the rap game since 2000 when he was a member of the locally known trio “Natrils.” With this group he produced his first two albums, “Shootin 4 Dollars” and “From tha P to tha Pros.” In 2003 Jallen Ran$um separated from this group as a result creative differences to pursue his career as a solo artist.
