Javād Ma'roufi (Persian: جواد معروفی) (b. 1912 — d. December 7, 1993, Tehran, Iran), was a celebrated ethnic Persian (Iranian) composer and pianist. He was one of the first musicians who chose to perform Persian music on the piano.
