Before Staind, there was J.C.A.T. Comprised of Jon Wysocki, Chris Ballini, Aaron Lewis, and Tori Sands JCAT played a style of music similar to that found in Staind's acoustic tracks (Its Been Awhile, Four Walls, Outside, etc).
