Jesse Spencer is an actor (and sometime singer) who was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia. He gained notability playing the role of Billy Kennedy in the Australian daytime soap opera Neighbours in which he was a regular from 1994 until he left to pursue other roles in 2000.
