Johanna De La Rosa was born the only child to her parents, in Lima, Peru. When she was only 3 years old her family relocated to Tustin California. Her family struck lottery gold in 1994 and they moved to Mission Viejo. She graduated from UC Irvine with a degree in English and Comparitive literature.
