Julya Lo'ko is of Moluccan-Indonesian origin (Moluccan father, Indonesian mother). She knows from her 7th birthday she wants to be a singer. From her 14th she starts singing. Together with her brother Eddy in 1974 she founded the band “Cheyenne”, where they are largely responsible for the compositions and arrangements.
