Jun Yamabe was born in Iwate, Japan in 1976. During his childhood he started practicing on singing and music in general. Some years later he got his first drum machine and that was the reason he started experimenting with electronica and composing his first tracks. In 2000, he signed his first productions under the name Mexico and released his first album and E.P "Park Avenue" on USB, a sub label of the Japanese "Frogman".
