Jussi Kettu started touring from Savonlinna, Finland in 1980 with Carolia Disco Show. Soon in 1981 Jussi was on PROPAGANDA EP as a bass player. The general members of a punkrock band Ratsia founded Rudi with the new vocalist Jussi Kettu. The Second line-up had Pelle Miljoona & N.U.S. -guitar player P.B. Huopalainen. The drummer Repa Rantsila came from Stalker. Rudi himself was the bass player from Ratsia. Kettu moved to Helsinki and made his first solo-album Tuli rautatie in 1986.
