Kay Vernon (born Katherine Kelly Vernon in 1975) is the former bass player for the indie alternative band Fizzy. She currently lives in Los Angeles, California. Her first album, "A Threatening Sky", was mostly adult alternative based with pop leanings and spawned four singles including "Fly".
