Kenji Ohtsuki (大槻ケンヂ（大槻 賢二） Ōtsuki Kenji?) (born February 6, 1966) is a Japanese rock musician and Seiun Award writer from Tokyo. His musical career began in the late 1970s to early 1980s. He is the vocalist of Kinniku Shōjo Tai(筋肉少女帯). He is a popular figure in the Otaku subculture.
