Born in California in 1987, Kenny Phoenix is a self-made musician living in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. He taught himself how to play guitar at the age of 16 without the aid of any tutors, lessons or books. Using only his keen ear and his love for music, he later taught himself how to play bass, drums, piano and violin.
