Kernel32 is the creation of Manchester-born Alex Kearney, an active member of the netlabel community with previous releases on Soulseek, OpenLab and Drift Records and a "mixtape" on op3n.net. Born in 1983, Alex developed an avid interest in electronic music at the age of 14 and upon discovering Music on the Playstation began producing his own music shortly thereafter.
