King Hitz was born in Chicago, IL as Robert Ervin, May 1, 1987. He was given a gift of singing at birth. Growing up he listened various amount of music including R&B, Blues, Classical, and many more genres. He grew up listening to his uncle's group F.E.W. who was one of the biggest influences in his life.
