The band Konkurent is founded in the year 1986 by Emil Anchev. They have produced five albums and have hundreds of concerts in the country and abroad including performances whit White Snake during the visit of David Coverdale in Sofia in 1997 and Glen Hughes – 2005. During their participation in the World Music Fair festival they sing next to bands like Scorpions, Toto, Rammstein, Iron Maiden,Yngwie Malmsteen and many others.
