Lampshades and Offlights formed in summer of 2006, by Tucker Bottomley and Julia Mermelstein after being in a band together in a summer music program. This project grew over the years with Pauline Cameron joining on vocals and having a cycle of a few different drummers and playing shows throughout Halifax.
