Lapidate was a Brutal Death Metal/Grindcore band from Ajax, Canada. They were formed in 2002, by Mike Verlinden (Vocals), Gord Brown (Guitar), Darrell Kelly (Bass), and Erich Kennedy (Drums/Vocals). They took direct muscial influence from bands like: Brodequin, Cliteater, Disgorge (Mexico), and Dead Infection. Lyrically, They often wrote about gore, killing, bodily functions, and sex.
