Her debut single, "Traveller in the Night"/"&Stormy Red," was a cover of a Gillespie tune and her debut album, Suspicion, followed in 1982. It produced the singles "(That Ain't) No Way to Treat a Lady"/"&Losin' Feelin" and "Willow"/"&Pile Up on the Highway." the Lisa Bade Band supported the Little River Band at the end of 1982.
