While Dave Lombardo was recording with Grip, Inc. in Hagen, Germany, he was approached by the producer of this new classical music project. The influence for this project was a fictional story about a Cuban percussionist traveling to Italy, in the 17th Century. This percussionist met with the famed composers Vivaldi and Handel.
