Luis Eduardo Bermúdez (January 25, 1912, El Carmen de Bolívar – April 24, 1994, Bogotá), was a Colombian musician, composer, and interpreter of Boleros, Cumbias, Porros and other Colombian folkloric rhythms stylized by orchestras. Bermúdez studied in the city of Santa Marta where he also became a member of the military marching band in 1920.
