Mademoiselle Karen is an alias of a danish saxophonist, member of Czesław Śpiewa Band, Karen Duelund Guastavino, which she uses for her solo work. Karen was born in Copenhagen, Denmark. She began playing flute when she was a child, gradually seeking for deeper sounds by experimenting with instruments like clarinet, tube or saxophone.
